What it does

Add a medication or supplement with its start date. The system compares 30 days of wearable data before and after that date. Results appear directly on the Meds & Supplements page as individual cards, and are also included in your generated report.

Real-time impact cards

Each medication gets its own card showing before-vs-after averages for every tracked metric, updated as new data comes in.

Progress tracking

A progress bar shows how many days of data have been collected. Impact results appear once enough data is available on both sides.

Direction indicators

Each metric is color-coded: green for improvements, red for regressions, gray for neutral changes.

Sorted by impact

Medications with the most improved metrics are shown first, making it easy to see what is working.

How it works

    Add what you take

    Go to Meds & Supplements on your dashboard. Enter the name, optional dosage, and the date you started.

  2. 2

    Keep wearing your ring

    We compare 30 days of data before and after the start date. Historical data is fetched directly from Oura, so you can track medications started months ago. At least 7 days on each side is required.

  3. 3

    See the impact

    Once enough data is collected, a before-vs-after comparison appears on each card. Metrics are color-coded so you can spot improvements at a glance.

    Share with your doctor or AI

    Impact data is also included when you Print / PDF, Copy for AI, or Export Data from Settings.

What gets compared

Averages are calculated for each metric across the before and after periods:

Sleep

Total sleep time, sleep efficiency, deep sleep percentage, and REM sleep percentage.

Cardiovascular

Resting heart rate, HRV (RMSSD), and respiratory rate.

Activity

Steps, active calories, and total calorie burn.

Recovery scores

Sleep score, readiness score, and activity score from your device.

Example use cases
