What's inside the report
Sleep
Total sleep time, sleep efficiency, time in bed, REM and deep sleep percentages, sleep latency, and restfulness. Averages shown with reference ranges.
Cardiovascular
Resting heart rate, HRV (RMSSD), and average overnight respiratory rate with reference ranges.
Activity
Daily step count, active calories, and total burn. Helps track movement levels alongside recovery data.
Oura Scores
Sleep, readiness, activity, and stress scores. These are proprietary composites but useful as quick indicators.
Medication Impact
If you track medications or supplements, the report includes before-vs-after comparisons for each entry. You can also see real-time impact data on the Meds & Supplements dashboard.
